Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has released an updated form, version 2 of RBSF-CIF. Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) must submit this new form electronically by the 18^th of July 2019.

Changes are applicable to all CIFs that were authorized by the 31^st of December, 2018, including the firms that have not made use of their authorization. These changes enhance reporting in identifying money laundering or terrorism financing.

There will be no extension to the deadline. Any CIF that will not comply, will have to bear administrative penalties as of section 37(5) of the Law.
